We take your privacy seriously. All responses will be kept confidential. The survey data will be used solely to inform our community-driven efforts to enhance broadband access, adoption, and usage across Gila River.

This survey is designed for institutions within Gila River's tribal departments, enterprises, libraries, and other public or community-based institutions.
